Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis first met on the sets of “That 70’s Show”, an American television period sitcom revolving around six teenage friends and their daily lives. The couple were then teenagers and remained good friends. Reportedly, Mila Kunis had a crush on Ashton Kutcher, who was a model for Calvin Klein. When it’s time to celebrate your own housewarming party, creating unique and personalized invitations is a great way to set the tone for your special event. That’s where PhotoADKing comes in. With PhotoADKing, you can explore a variety of housewarming invitation ideas and find the perfect match for your style. After each of them dated different partners, the couple reunited in 2012, at a housewarming party. They were engaged in 2014 and were married on July 4, 2015.

The couple has bought and sold a range of real estate, both individually and with their previous partners. Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, to whom he was married before Kunis, had a large residence in Beverly hill, while Kutcher owned a bachelor pad in Hollywood Hills, post his divorce. Once settled with Kunis, both of them have not bought a lot of properties but are famously known for owning three expensive and prominent homes in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Barbara.
Now, let’s look at the houses owned by Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis in detail:
1. Farmhouse in Los Angeles | Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis

The power couple has struck a chord with architecture lovers all over the world, with their modestly set but beautifully designed farmhouse in Los Angeles. Designed by Howard Backen of Backen & Gillam Architects, the house follows a series of spaces aligned on central access. This provided a wonderful view of the estate from all interior spaces. Vernacular forms and rustic materials used in the flooring, the furniture, and the ceiling ensures a more contemporary feeling to the traditional farmhouse.
A project perhaps projecting more towards the lines of adaptive reuse, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis worked closely with Backen to make sure the house was built in a sustainable and regenerative spirit. The house is powered by photovoltaics which produces enough energy for the whole house.

Vicky Charles of Soho House fame worked on the interiors of the home. She bought in more contemporary forms of furniture and design elements in the form of an extravagant 10-foot-long crystal chandelier and a set of custom silver throne chairs commissioned in India. Hector Finch pendants illuminate the kitchen while Montauk sofas decorate the living room and a De La Espada writing desk sits in the corner of the dining room.
Charles brought these elements of contemporary vision into the farmhouse, establishing a space built from private collections and individual objects put in an arranged and desired order. Perhaps this is why the Hollywood couple refuses to call their property an estate — “this is our home”, they say.

2. Mansion in Beverly Hills

Surrounded by some of the biggest names in the entertainment world like Adele, Katy Perry, and Jennifer Lawrence, the Beverly Hill mansion was the first property owned by Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis and is undoubtedly a glamorous piece of property.
Built-in 1999, it sits on half an acre of land and features five bedrooms, a personal gym, a sauna room, and a temperature-controlled wine room. The living room features French windows and a large fireplace while the kitchen features white countertops and a large island. Mahogany panelled walls and oak flooring decorates the office space along with beautiful mouldings found throughout the property.

3. Beach House in Santa Barbara

Priced at $10 million, “That 70’s Show” stars bought this property during the pandemic. Located in the beach town of Carpentaria near Santa Barbara, the 31,000-square-foot house sits close to the ocean. Featuring an open floor plan the house enables the couple and their children to view the ocean from every space in the home.

A mix of modern and rustic architectural and interior styles, the house features a muted color palette with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a separate guesthouse as well as a large patio. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has been given access to the patio for outdoor barbecue and eating.
