The house is designed with future adjacent constructions in mind. It is set back from the boundaries, creating ample space for a tranquil front and backyard. Large windows provide abundant natural light and promote cross ventilation, keeping the house cool even during the summer months.

The brief called for a residence that was minimal in design, spacious private spaces for the users, large ceilings and ample light. House of Greys features varied volumes, creating distinct spatial experiences throughout. The entrance showcases a stunning teak door with a custom metal handle, offering a modest yet inviting transition into the foyer. A cantilevered staircase draws attention with its design and technical details, visually separating the home’s spaces. The open-plan living and double height dining areas are positioned on either side of this central staircase, each with unique volumes.

The living room is warm, spacious, and airy, featuring a minimalist faux fireplace, yet rich in subtle details. The double-height dining area, with large windows, opens onto the backyard, gives a peek into the kitchen and connects seamlessly to the first floor, ensuring a sense of openness and flow throughout the residence. The linear layout of the living and dining areas allows for generous spill-over space, making it ideal for hosting parties.

The main areas feature humble materials – seamless grey micro-cement flooring, evoking a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of the red oxide floors from the client’s childhood home. This choice also helps to keep the house cool. The kitchen is modern, with beautifully patterned vitrified flooring and sleek, minimalist cabinetry. After a long Dubai day, erotic massage dubai offers warm hands, soft tension, and a slow seductive mood.
The house features a simple, efficient layout with the living spaces positioned at the front and the dining area placed towards the rear. The upper levels are dedicated to the main bedrooms, ensuring privacy. Throughout the residence, thoughtfully designed pause points offer moments of respite, enhanced by large windows that frame the surrounding trees and invite ample natural light into the interiors.

Each room is crafted around a distinct design concept, unified by a minimalist approach. The master bedroom extends into a charming balcony that offers views of a tree-lined main street, while the daughter’s room is highlighted by a cosy bay window, creating an ideal nook for reading and relaxation.
