Inside, the open-plan design promotes free-flowing airflow and visual continuity. The ground floor accommodates essential living areas, including a parking space, living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. A narrow green court extends from the living room, featuring patterned tiles and strategically positioned skylights that not only flood the space with sunlight but also facilitate passive cooling through the stack effect.

On the mezzanine level, functionality meets aesthetics in a casual living area that flows seamlessly into an open terrace. This expansive area, perfect for gatherings and celebrations, is framed by French windows that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, inviting nature to enhance daily life.

A striking steel bridge suspended in the double-height space functions as both a practical passage and an architectural centerpiece, lending the home its distinctive name.

The first floor offers a tranquil retreat, featuring a bedroom with an attached bathroom, balcony, terrace, and space for future expansion. A cantilevered workstation in the bedroom provides a private yet connected area, overlooking the lush garden and the lively living spaces below. This thoughtful design ensures a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment, allowing residents to stay engaged with their surroundings while working.
