The entire house is vastu compliant. The main entry is north facing. It is a majestic double height volume in aluminium and glass which leads you to a living area. The living, dining and open kitchen form the heart of the house. This area has a black and white palette accentuated by a pop of colour in the kitchen. A bountiful green wall visible from the dining room picture window adds serenity to the whole space. The highlight of the area is sculpture carved from a single piece of black marble. It adds great depth and dimension to the space and is definitely a conversation starter. Contemporary accent, and task lighting has been provided to add the necessary drama and style to otherwise functional space.

The villa has six bedrooms; two on the ground floor, three on the first floor and one on the second floor. These have been carefully curated in diverse styles, colour schemes and décor ideas. Rich materials, vibrant textiles and mood lighting have been used in order to give a unique panache to each bedroom resonating with the personality of the occupant. The variety is immense, ranging from an opulent master bedroom to a rustic teenager room, an elegant guest room to a sophisticated, dark and sleek suite with a bespoke floating bed for the elder son.

As one alights from the lift on to the second floor, one is in for a surprise as one encounters a huge hall with a big screen and sound system, a bespoke bar and a swimming pool. The hall interiors are minimalistic in grey tones because of which the eye is led to the dramatic bar area. The bar counter has a sheet hanging above, which has stainless steel hollow pipes of various sizes which emit light. The circular bottle storage on the wall is attractive not only because of its dynamic design but also because it is a light source. The swimming pool adds another dimension to the area, thereby making it a space to party, relax, keep fit and entertain

Be it night or day, the residence engages the occupants in a cohesive manner, offering luxury amenities to create a warm environment for hygienic and happy family time.
