This Jennifer Lopez house in Los Angeles located in a private gated community called The Summit was bought for $4.3 million. Lopez further purchased her second luxury home in 2002 for an undisclosed amount. This Miami beachfront mansion is a Spanish-style house situated on just over 1.2 acres of land. With an enviable 184 feet of bay frontage, a koi pond, and a 60-foot swimming pool peppered beside manicured gardens and swaying palm trees.

A large Georgian-style brick mansion in Brookville, Long Island is her next purchase for $3.7 million. Lopez and her then partner invested in a grand estate further buying the house across the street for over $2 million. They hired interior designer Thom Filicia to makeover the interiors of the 10,500-square-foot mansion, which offers 10 bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. 

4. The Hidden Hills estate

In 2010, The singer bought a three-acre estate for $8.2 million. The traditional-style mansion was divided into two main structures: a spacious main house and an entertainment pavilion. They are connected by an interior bridge, making it the perfect party pad. 

5. The New York Penthouse | Jennifer Lopez House

Lopez acquired an exclusive penthouse in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, overlooking Madison Square Park for $20 million in 2014. The unit measures 6,500 square feet, with four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and ultrachic finishings, including wide-plank oak floors and marble bathrooms. In addition to the home’s allure is 3,000 square feet of outdoor space scattered across four terraces.

6. The Bel-Air Mansion

Built-in 1940 by architect Samuel Marx, the 14,000 square feet opulent French country-style estate was purchased by Lopez in 2016. The $28 million mansions have since been modernised to include koi ponds, a 100-seat amphitheater, a mini-golf course, and a man-made swimming pond.

7. The New York Apartment

In March 2018, J.Lo and her partner purchased a condominium on the 36th floor of a high-rise building, known as 432 Park Avenue, for $15.3 million. Measuring 4,000 square feet features three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, which is quite a bit smaller than the other properties owned by the singer.

In 2019, Lopez with her partner bought a 4,404-square-foot three-story home that featured unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. It consists of four bedrooms, with the main suite occupying the whole top floor.

During the pandemic, Lopez bought her very modest single-story home in Encino for $1.4 million. The 2,200 square feet mid-century ranch-style property consists of a three-bedroom, the two-and-a-half-bathroom property is reportedly either an investment property or meant for a relative.

The behemoth measures 14,762 square feet, with 10 bedrooms and 10-and-a-half bathrooms. Comprising a white stucco mansion and guesthouse, the waterfront estate sits on nearly one acre of property and is just as sumptuous inside as it is outside. The house possesses Venetian plaster walls, grand fireplaces and an elevator, and a decadent mix of stone and wood floors.
