This material defines the structure, the envelope and the aesthetics of the house. The structure is articulated as a cover that faces the main garden and rests on the side walls that make up the house.
To intensify this idea, the perimeter walls are differentiated from the roof thanks to a formwork with vertical linear indentations for the walls and a completely smooth formwork for the upper part. Thus, all the living spaces of the house open onto the back and front gardens. Finally, the house has a lower floor with 3 rooms illuminated through a more intimate patio with vegetation.

DANA Arquitectos is an architecture and interior design studio located in Zaragoza, made up of three architect partners; Álvaro Bermudo, Ignacio Calvo and Ainhoa Iglesias. Graduates from the School of Engineering and Architecture of Zaragoza, they have collaborated with various prestigious studios in the city on projects in different fields, especially in residential areas.
They have award-winning works published nationally and internationally, and have participated in competitions of various architectural typologies, although most of their works are linked to the concept of living in a home, whether single-family or collective.
