Attention to detail and elegance are combined in this prestigious penthouse, located in a contemporary building recently built on the grounds of a rationalist block from the 1950s, in the heart of Turin.

A few steps from the center of the Savoyard capital, within what is now defined as the most prestigious building in the city, there is the apartment of a young family, structured on four levels and several terraces, from which you can admire the characteristic urban profile made up of roofs, domes, streets and historical monuments of the Piedmonts’ capital.
Among fine finishes, custom-made furnishings and products chosen with great care, spaces are born that look at the Baroque city and seek a dialogue with the contemporary: the elegance of the white lacquered boiserie, present in all environments, is accompanied by noble materials, such as Calacatta marble, precious metals and woods.
The main entrance opens directly onto the large living room in continuity with the dining area, while the separate kitchen is screened by sliding panels in dark wood strips.
The elegant wooden parquet, in a herringbone pattern, connects the entire living itinerary with its warm tones. The walls are completely covered with closed-pore lacquered wood boiserie, which in some places conceals the service cupboards.
The sleeping area, distributed on several levels, as if to outline greater privacy for each bedroom, dialogues with the living area through the precious Calacatta Oro marble staircase, in which a bookcase with a brass structure, having a protective function, collects the objects and memories of the homeowners.
The suggestive master bedroom is spread over an entire floor and through the large panoramic windows it overlooks the main terrace.
Like the interior spaces, the large terrace also becomes the manifest place of an inconspicuous elegance: between the green of the shrubs and a centenary olive tree, the exterior reveals itself as a hidden oasis among the roofs of the city, where the sinuous lines and contemporary materials of the furnishings are combined with the industrial details of the structure: the Parisian grace so dear to Gozzano which finds the right dialogue with its industrial soul.
