This project has entailed the complete refurbishment of a top floor apartment in an Edwardian mansion block, as well as re-roofing of the building and refurbishment of the interior common parts.

The apartment was sensitively updated to provide a contemporary kitchen with views across the roof tops.
The layout of the apartment respects the original, with additional bathrooms and storage introduced to semi-redundant spaces to provide a well arranged family home.
Original details such as cast iron fireplaces and plaster work were restored, while the configuration of spaces was enhanced to provide additional space for a laundry.
