Built in 1940, the bold and modernist building – with a trace of Pardal Monteiro and frescoes by Almada Negreiros – was the first built from scratch for a media organization, the newspaper Diário de Notícias, at the time already 76 years old.

The rehabilitation project has 34 apartments with parking and preserves its facade as well as many other decorative elements and materials of the time. It has typologies from T0 to T5 and the areas vary between 47 and 408 m2.

Thanks to a curated rehabilitation, the new living areas are still fully alive from its original famous newspaper offices, making the user feel like a part of the portuguese history. Diário de Notícias is a unique space where to live an exclusive experience, where to rewrite your own story.
