The living room with its large windows and chic custom fireplace flow into a striking kitchen and dining space. Elegant quartz countertops and custom millwork are complimented by the carefully curated dining area, connecting to the private outdoor deck and lower garden. All of which combined creates a bright open layout perfect for entertaining and day to day living.
Making your way upward through the sun filled staircase you arrive at the luxurious third floor. A floor completely dedicated to the master suite. Spacious rooms create a tranquil oasis from the bustling city. A generous master bedroom opens into a private hallway to reveal custom his and hers walk-in closets with a dressing alcove. Passing the closets you arrive in the grand master bath where oversized windows frame the picturesque city scape above the treetops.
The lower level features a home theatre with its own bathroom and direct access to the rear garden and two car garage.

TACT Design Inc. was founded by its Principal, Michael Krus B.Tech, M.Arch, NCIDQ, ARIDO. Michael is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute and the University of Michigan. He also holds a certificate of design from the University of Copenhagen. Michael’s 30 years in the design industry experience includes practicing as an Architect at HOK in New York City. In Toronto, he served as a Project Architect at KPMB Architects and held the role of Senior Design Associate at Cecconi Simone Inc. For the past 15 years Michael has lead his own design practice. Michael has and continues to serve as a visiting critic at the Ryerson University School of Interior Design. It is through Michael’s amassed experience that TACT Design’s creative work is infused with a strong architectural sensibility and interior design sensitivity. TACT Design Inc. projects have been recognized with several design industry awards; including a OAA Design Excellence Award, a AZURE Design Award, and a ARIDO Design Award.
