Lakeside Habitat By N.M. Salim ArchitectsLakeside Habitat located near Hebbal lake in Bangalore is currently the tallest building in South India. This luxury residential building, completed in the year 2008, is 27-storeys high with two towers, each tower having 50 apartments each. The two towers are connected by a bridge at the 15th floor which houses health club, gymnasium, open terrace, common party hall, business center, etc.  All the apartments above the 15th floor are duplex. The clubhouse is on the ground floor comprising a community hall and club rooms overlooking the swimming pool and a landscaped garden. The basement floor is for car parking.

The twin towers piercing the Bangalore skyline in its majestic white, a walk cross-bridge connecting the towers, giving the feeling of walk-in mid-air, the white domes representing the Indo- Saracenic architecture & showcases a welcome arch at the gateway to neo-Bangalore en route to the upcoming International Airport.

It has the added privilege of easy accessibility & unhindered approach linked by the Fly-Over & the Ring Road.
