It demonstrates how a thoughtful and functional brief can blossom into a home of timeless elegance. Here, everything is crafted with care, and every material choice exudes restraint and refinement.
Walking through the World View Residence feels like experiencing a symphony in muted tones, each area distinct, yet composed within the same understated score.

The heart of this residence lies in the expansive living and dining zone, a warm, neutral canvas balancing elegance with faint echoes of Art Deco glamour. Smooth marble-like flooring grounds the space, while textured stucco walls and ceilings in soft greys create an inviting atmosphere. Plush custom seating, velvety barrel chairs, and circular nesting tables with brushed brass bases complete the tableau. Here, natural light filters gently through full-length sheers, illuminating the play of curves, mirrors, and metallic trims.

The dining nook extends this refined language with vertical fluted wall panels that lend height and rhythm. A sleek marble-top dining table, sculptural upholstered chairs, and a crystal pendant light come together in quiet harmony. A sliding glass partition, one of the design’s key innovations, allows this open core to transform to suit gatherings or solitude.

Branching off the main spine, the private zones continue the narrative of thoughtful luxury. The master bedroom and the daughter’s suite bookend the plan, each with generous walk-in wardrobes that reflect the client’s desire for practical storage woven beautifully into the design.
In the bedrooms, statement full-height headboards clad in vertical upholstered panels, slim mirrored strips, and brass detailing echo the home’s commitment to muted yet tactile luxury. Pendant lights, pleated shades, and layers of soft furnishings elevate the cosy, cocoon-like feel.

In the powder room, indulgence shows up in a striking showpiece: a monolithic onyx pedestal basin that appears to glow from within. Subtle layered lighting and sculptural droplet pendants highlight the natural veining of stone, complemented by warm brass accents and mirrored walls that expand the intimate footprint.
