In this interior, we used the concept of flowing spaces. The rooms are connected to each other and have only conditional boundaries.

The entrance hall, kitchen, living room, and winter garden (which houses a bar and a reading area) are a single space.

The relaxation area, which includes the bar and reading area, is separated only by translucent plant shelves.

At the entrance to the bedroom, there is a sliding door, and when it is pushed into the wall, it creates the impression that there is no door at all because it slides flush with the wall and extends from floor to ceiling. Entering the bedroom, we do not see strict boundaries between the master bathroom and the bedroom; they are separated only by a partition that runs the entire width of the room from floor to ceiling. The partition is made of smart glass, which can be made transparent or frosted at your discretion, and when in transparency mode, the bedroom and master bathroom visually become one space. And if you need privacy in the master bathroom, you can switch to frosted glass mode.

At the entrance to the dressing room, there are sliding doors made of frosted glass through which light from the window penetrates, allowing us to close the doors to the dressing room while still letting light into the dark part of the apartment. With the doors open, the dressing room becomes one with the entrance area and adjacent rooms. There are no windows in the entrance area, so we decided to place a floor-to-ceiling mirror on one of the walls, almost covering it entirely. The mirror in the entrance hall is located opposite the panoramic window of the winter garden and reflects it, creating a visual window in our entrance hall.

The interior is done in black and white with bright color accents, such as orange in the bathrooms and bedroom, and blue on the kitchen chairs. Almost all walls are white, creating an airy effect. We tried to maintain this effect even in small details, for example, the dining table has only one glass support.

As finishing materials, we used oak parquet planks, large-format ceramic granite 2780×1200 mm, MDF wall panels. We used only paint on the walls except for two walls in the dressing room where we used wallpapers imitating fabric wall panels.

The apartment is designed for living, primarily for one person. This explains the open layout.

Among the residents is a cat, which receives special attention. There is a place for a feeding bowl with a waterer, as well as a spot for a camera through which you can monitor the functionality of “cat” equipment.
