It is located on a mountain with wide views, which is considered the northern part of Qazvin city. The entrance part (project) is adjacent to a boulevard and a walking path (called Salamat Road) that goes to the heights. Also, due to the quality of the air and the wide views, many people use this path for group and individual walks at different times of the day and night. They choose.
The study process of the project started with the question posed by the client, whether the main entrance can be an element of identity while defining the entrance and the required spaces so that it becomes a sign of the organization. Therefore, the definition of the project is much more than the definition of input, and the formalistic aspect of the project could become particularly important.
During further investigations about the project site, we found out that the walking path that is located near the entrance is a dynamic flow of people’s movement that can be involved in the design process, so the entrance can play the role of a node and sign even for this path.
In the design process, it has been tried to pay attention to the aspect of identity, in addition to providing and organizing the physical program, by using the capabilities of the traditional architecture of Iran, especially the entrances.
