The property purchased exclusively for rental allowed the interventions to be complete, as the owners, a couple of doctors and investors, wanted a functional space, with personality, modern and that would practically accommodate future tenants. That’s when they turned to the Go Up Arquitetura office, led by architects Amanda Mori and Juliana Silva, to develop the project and carry out the renovation of the studio.

To make everything work linearly, they followed the original plan of maintaining the L-shaped layout, which leaves circulation in the middle. The professionals chose to leave the space completely open, allowing natural light to penetrate all environments, providing a feeling of spaciousness and lightness, ensuring that all walls were used and that circulation lines do not overlap or intersect. In addition to the use of cold and soft tones in colors, to convey calm and comfort. Every detail and solution was thought out especially for this project.

The layout contributed to the construction of a complete kitchen, planned with all the necessary equipment, including space for cooking, washing dishes, cabinets for kitchen utensils and cleaning products and a charming coffee corner. It also allowed spaces for a TV and dining room, sleeping area, lounge and a home office. In addition to a closet that serves the bedroom, for storing clothes, travel bags, etc.

To enhance the feeling of spaciousness, they opted for unique coverings and finishes, which run throughout the property. In addition to the layout expanding the space, it is a functional covering that brings comfort in appearance and functionality in terms of cleaning, maintenance and durability.
