The main architectural idea of the building –  “Break”

In the glazed part that opens, the main entrance is welcomed, centered on the axis of the fracture, interpreting the portico of the house in front.

Due to the lack of space on the plot, on the underground floor, there is a parking lot, which is accessed by  elevator.

On the first, basement floor, recessed into the slope, commercial premises are planned – the company’s office, and the upper floors are intended for residential use: on each floor there is an apartment.

As the plot rises on a steep slope and the difference in height between the upper and lower parts is as much as 7 m, the intended terrace to the south is more reminiscent of the master’s bridge, but provides the desired privacy for an apartment on the second floor.
