This renovation of an existing shop and warehouse for a new Fleet Services facility for AAA Oregon/Idaho in Tualatin included the complete remodeling of office, reception and training areas.

In addition, the project created new spaces including locker rooms, a break room, and additional storage space.

The project also included the complete reconfiguration of the garage/shop space to create drive-through bays with enlarged garage door openings, allowing AAA to circulate, service, and store vehicles throughout the warehouse.

In addition to accommodating the new programmatic needs, the building renovation significantly improved energy efficiency systems. Access to daylight and views were improved with the installation of new skylights and view windows.
