Located in a prime area of Estoril, the Rua de Inglaterra building is the result of the
rehabilitation and transformation of an existing residential property into five high-end
independent units, ranging from three- to five-bedroom apartments.

The building comprises three above-ground residential floors and two underground levels
accommodating parking, technical areas and changing facilities. Occupying a prominent
corner site with three street frontages, the project contributes to the architectural
regeneration of the surrounding neighbourhood.
The project aimed to restore and enhance a vacant building while adapting it to
contemporary standards of comfort and functionality. Five independent apartments were
created, with access to clearly defined shared amenities including a swimming pool,
changing facilities, parking and technical areas.
Each residence benefits from multiple parking spaces and direct access to the communal outdoor areas, reinforcing the development’s high-end residential character.
The design is based on urban integration and construction rigour, with a restrained and
elegant architectural language. Materials and finishes were selected for durability,
thermal and acoustic comfort, and spatial quality.
The layouts were conceived to maximise natural light, privacy and the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The shared swimming pool and landscaped areas are key features, offering residents a complete and integrated living experience.
