The client, a young businessman with a deep appreciation for both modern living and natural beauty, envisioned a family home that not only embraced contemporary design but also cherished the existing landscape, especially the grand jackfruit tree that had stood there for years.
As you step into this home, you’re welcomed by a grand, formal living room, its sloped roof creating a feeling of airy spaciousness. The design is both elegant and inviting, seamlessly guiding you into the informal living area—a space that truly feels like the heart of the home. Here, natural light pours in through a skylight that stretches across two floors, filling the room with warmth. The preserved jackfruit tree outside feels like a part of the home, visible through large windows, reminding you of the connection between the indoors and the vibrant world outside.
Designed with family life in mind, the layout of the bungalow is thoughtful and intuitive. On the ground floor, two of the five bedrooms are easily accessible, perfect for guests or those who prefer single-level living. The kitchen, tucked away next to the dining area, offers both privacy and easy access to the home’s social spaces.
