The design thoughtfully integrates a pool with the living spaces, promoting fluidity and relaxation. The surrounding mature trees provide natural shade, enhancing cooling effects and contributing to the residence’s overall comfort, while also serving as a reminder of the project’s commitment to sustainability.

The property includes a main house and three additional guest houses. The guest houses draw inspiration from traditional Sumatran architecture, featuring distinctive pointed roofs and arched windows that create a dynamic and balanced look. The strategic use of glass and wide roof overhangs in the guest houses not only helps to regulate the indoor climate, protecting against the elements while allowing ample natural light to filter through, but also showcases the project’s innovative design solutions.
