Looking for a change of scenery, Stallone purchased his newest piece of real estate back in December 2020 for $35.38 million in Palm Beach, Florida. Stallone, his wife Jennifer Flavin, and his children are enjoying the tropical temperature in their brand new mansion, after their longtime residence in La Quinta, CA, the last house in the Beverly Park neighbourhood. The incredible Caribbean-style mansion was built in 2014 and included a two-story main residence, a separate guesthouse, and a pool pavilion. In all, the property has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and 13,241 square feet of living space, inside and out, according to its sales listing.

The family was given the go-ahead permission to build a security gate around the property, transforming it into a luxury compound right in the middle of a deluxe Palm Beach neighbourhood. Outside, an entertainer’s paradise in the form of a whirlpool spa, swimming pool, and 254 feet of water frontage surrounded by tropical plantings. Palm trees surround the mansion, providing plenty of shade and seclusion. There is also plenty of green space between the main mansion and guesthouse on Stallone’s Palm Beach property. Besideingly, an open-air cabana directly overlooks the waterfront pool. Stallone has always been known for his luxurious flair at his residence, whether in Miami, New York to Beverly Park. The luxury residence in this mansion enjoys a traditional Caribbean architectural style with a refined interior design. Like other Caribbean villas and mansions on the beach, it gets a boutique-style touch and keeps its authenticity. The estate was distinguished by its large French doors and windows overlooking the waterfront. The interior decoration of the palace is characterized by neutral wall paint and glossy surfaces. Tropical dark mahogany wood floors combined with elegant furniture give the interior an unusual, luxurious look.
The spacious living room features expanses of floor-to-ceiling windows and glossy wood cladding on the ceiling. At the same time, paintings add an artistic touch to the formal dining room that easily seats fourteen. Upstairs, the expansive master bedroom has a sparkling water view, while the wood-clad cathedral ceilings add grandeur to the interior. Attached to the master bedroom are a bedroom-sized wardrobe, a dressing room overlooking the paradise view, and an inside master bathroom offering two walls of windows around the bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower area. Stallone has had a long history of suffering since his childhood starting with his mother undergoing complications during birth, causing nerve death in his face, which became his hallmark. Despite the difficulties he faced, he managed to achieve many successes. As he said: “Once in one’s life, for one mortal moment, one must grab immortality; if not, one has not lived!”
