If the worst thing that happens in your life is that you are asked the same question several times during a month and people seem interested when they talk to you and want to know about you, think about every day you worked at this restaurant and every day you worked as a delivery boy for Domino’s, every day you were a guest, Every day you bartended and worked till 4:00 in the morning. – Chris Pine

Right behind the living room is the dining room which has a concrete floor with a custom tile trim. In addition, it has a collapsed French-style wall of windows that slide open to create a seamless interaction between the interior and exterior.

A dining table similar to a 1950s office, illuminated by a glass hanging lamp, is surrounded by period Emeco aluminium chairs. A coffee table at one end of the room is stacked with more books and a built-in wet bar is a perfect spot for a drinker.   The small but well-equipped kitchen has glossy hardwood floors with custom tiled border, concrete countertops, open shelves

On the hillside of the house, an extensive terrace leads to art and book-filled office space with Saltillo tile floors. It is rather interesting to climb up about 1/3 of the bottom part of the walls with the rest covered with woven grass wall coverings.

The living room is an adjoining patio bringing out.  This property indicates that there is a very lovely small cottage/guest office by the gigantic rectangular pool and an additional office/studio. It looks like it is attached to the detached garage. These fantastic features mean that there’s no need to house guests in the modest-sized main house. There are beautiful humongous windows, and what appears in the photos to be an easy indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for that sunny California lifestyle.

The large rectangular pool surrounded by irregularly sized slabs is excavated directly in the lawn. A large and meticulously groomed estate is a beautiful sight to behold.
