Justin Bieber is a famous Canadian singer and songwriter. He is well-known for his songs. He was born in 1994 in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. But went to Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 13 with Scooter Braun, where he soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG). At an age of 15, he gained fame for his songs like ‘Baby’ and ‘One time.’ He rented his first house in 2012, after which he had been to many houses. Currently, he is sharing a luxury home with his wife Hailey Baldwin.
Following is the list of houses he lived in once. Let’s look at the houses from inside.
1. Calabasas Mansions
In 2012, Justin bought his first house inside the city’s exclusive gated community, The Oaks in Southern California. It costs $6.5 million. This house was built in 2005 in Spanish style. It covers an area of 11,746 square feet. It is a six-bedroom house with seven bathrooms. It has infinite space for living, work, rest and even play with a touch of a Mediterranean look. It had certainly all the spaces needed by Bieber.
It has very luxurious details from a rustic fireplace to the high ceilings. The windows also look expensive. This house included facilities like a library, movie theatre, bars, lifts, and also an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing deck. In 2014, Justin sold this property to Kourtney Kardashian.
2. Prestigious Penthouse
After moving out of the Calabasas Mansion in the summers of 2014, Justin Bieber rented two apartments in a new building in Swanky Beverly Hills. One of them was the Prestigious penthouse and one below it. It cost $27,000 a month for the two apartments.
This five-story building was a perfect home with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room that opens out to a small private balcony. This property featured three bedrooms and a master suite attached with a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony. Outside, there is a rooftop deck with a spa, a barbeque area, and a cabana.
3. The Party Pad
It’s a party mansion located in Lake Hollywood, Los Angeles. Justin Bieber rented this 16,000 sq. ft. mansion for at least $29000 every month. This property has amenities like its nightclub zone, bars, movie theatre, terraces with beautiful views, and elevators. Besides these party necessities, it also has ten bedrooms with eighteen bathrooms, a fully-equipped gym, and a music room.
Outside, it has a huge deck with a pool 80 feet long with an attractive Hollywood sign. Justin used this house strictly for throwing lavish parties.
4. The Salad Spinner House
The masterly built Salad Spinner House is located in Beverly Hills. It was designed by Malibu architect Ed Niles in 2009 for developer Raffi Cohen. Justin rented this 7,500 sq. feet house for two months. He paid rent of $59,000 a month. It is made up of glass and steel, not exactly a private palace as inside views can also be seen from outside.
It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, a six-car parking garage, multiple fireplaces, elevators, and a security system. From its indoor/outdoor living, there is a direct way to the large infinity pool. This house has amazing views of downtown Los Angeles.
After leaving this property due to his privacy issues, he spent time in rental houses drifting from one to another from time to time in areas around Los Angeles as he was not ready to buy one.
5. Billionaires’ Row
In October 2016, the singer went to London where he rented a house in northwest London for $147,000 a month. This property was built in 1910. It covers 27,000 square feet built-up area and the house sits on 2.5 acres of land. It is a 15-bedroom house with 13 bathrooms, two kitchens, and several living spaces and dining spaces.
It has amenities like an indoor as well as an outdoor pool, a private theatre, and a wine cellar. Outside, it has a full tennis court, a five-car garage, and a ground for his tours.
6. The Luxury Home by Toluca Lake
In May 2016, Bieber rented a house near Toluca Lake, north of Hollywood Universal Studios. He paid $80,000 per month for this 13,000 square feet property. It is a ten-bedroom and 16-bathroom estate. It also includes a guest house, a screening room, and a pool. From the top one can experience the beautiful mountain views.
Later on, in the same region, Justin Bieber rented another property with his wife. It was located at 99, 28, Toluca Lake Avenue. It has amenities like a spa, gourmet kitchen, pool, dockyard, boats, and king-sized bedroom suites with bathrooms.
7. House at 1420 Laurel Way
Bieber rented a magnificent house in Los Angeles in March 2018. It was smaller than the previously rented houses but had all amenities. It cost him $55,000 a month. It is a three-bedroom and six-bathroom house with a huge living space and open-plan dining and kitchen. It is a three-story house, the ground floor has two ensuite bedrooms, a home theatre, a wine cellar, a bar, and a living area leading to the backyard.
The master ensuite occupies an entire floor having a walk-in wardrobe. The main area has mirrored walls and a small office area. In its outdoors, it has an infinity pool with a lounge area, a barbeque, and an outside gym. It was designed by renowned architect Paul McClean.
8. House Sigma
In the summer of 2018, Justin Bieber got engaged with Hailey Baldwin. After which he finally bought a property for $5 million on the lakefront in Puslinch, Ontario. The estate covers over 101 acres in Canada’s countryside. It is spread over 9,000 square feet designed in farmhouse style. It has a bright living room with stone and wood elements. It has both a modern and contemporary touch. It has four ensuite bedrooms with five bathrooms.
The master ensuite ensures its privacy, is placed in its wing with an attached bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The property also had a theatre, a game room, a gym, and also an observatory. It has huge landscaping surrounding it with gardens and other facilities and even a private racetrack.
9. Justin Bieber’s Marital Home
After the marriage of Justin and Hailey in September 2018, they settled in a home in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. They bought this home in November 2019 for $8.5 million. This property was built in 1932 but has gone through many expensive renovations to make it look what it is today.
It covers an area of 6,000 square feet, this house has a split-level living space, a kitchen with white oak cabinets, and marble-topped islands. It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a fireplace, and a custom wardrobe. It has a home office, theatre, bar, and a wine cellar. The backyard has an infinity pool and a cabana with a fireplace and a barbeque.
10. The Mansion in Beverly Hills
After 18 months of living in their first marital home, Justin and Hailey bought a supersized mansion located in the guard-gated community of Beverly Park mountains above Beverly Hills. It cost them $25.8 million for 2.5 acres of land property. It is the current home of Justin Bieber. It has 7-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms, and all other amenities. It has a two-story grand hallway that leads to the living area with a fireplace. The family room and a kitchen are placed on the lower floor.
The master suite is upstairs. It has a sitting room and a patio with views of mountains. The ensuite has a grand chandelier hanging over the bath. It also has a gym and a theatre. Outside, there is a covered loggia, a fireplace, and an infinity swimming pool. It also has a lawn as well as a full-sized tennis court.
