On the north and south sides of the plan, two height accents ensure visibility from both the city center of Alphen and from the trainstation. The houses are accessed by a central corridor, which creates liveliness on all sides of the plan. Parking and storage areas are underground, the ground level is a green park and people also live in the plinth, so that the quality of life is pleasant.

The lowrise and highrise parts have the same architectural language with regard to the facade openings, we have made the material different so that they remain recognizable as their own entity.

Masonry has been chosen for the low-rise building and the height accents will be made of light architectural concrete. By playing with loggias and balconies, a lively yet calm facade is created.
