This detached house is located in an exclusive and quiet urbanization located next to a golf course. Designed on one floor, it is made up of three main white volumes connected to each other and that colonize the entire plot.

The house reveals large openings from floor to ceiling, which favor the entry of natural light and offer attractive panoramic views of the surroundings.

Each of the volumes is organized in such a way that the most external and accessible spaces are on the outside, and the elements for private use are located inside.

Smaller “boxes” appear as complementary elements, which connect the main volumes with each other, configure the utility spaces and generate intermediate and open spaces in the form of terraces that are embellished with vegetation, giving a greater sense of perspective and care. extra. -to be living outside

The planimetry of the house is organized around the central volume and its annexes following an open and very bright distribution.

The day and more public area has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, which in turn connects to the pool area.

The private area includes the bedrooms, a study and a gym, – in a harmonious environment that exudes avant-garde and warmth in equal parts.

In addition, adjacent to the main area, other secondary volumes are attached that house the guest house, the entrance and the garage.

This union, through a longitudinal black element, gains prominence acting as a porch linked to the pool and the entire outdoor area.

The elements that make up the house are differentiated by the type of materials used.

While the large volumes are lighter and are built with white ETICS and iroko wood, the boxes that enter them are more massive, with a skin made up of stone masonry and dark-toned porcelain.
