This bedroom was designed specifically for the client’s grandparents, with an interior scheme that reflects their personal preferences and desires. The room features a four-poster bed, a spacious study, and comfortable loungers, all tailored to the users’ reading habits and other needs. The brick wallpaper and wooden flooring throughout the design scheme reflect the grounded character and strong values of the occupants. The washroom is adorned with an artificial green wall and a skylight.
To the left of the entrance door, a glamorous informal seating area exudes valour and amiability. The leather material palette and horse leather carpet create a gleaming vibe. The wooden rafters serve as a brilliant backdrop, installed at an angle to allow for fluidity of space between the areas. Moving further inside, a double-height dining area with a background wall displaying a flight of butterflies creates a romantic and picturesque atmosphere. A grand staircase on the left leads to the upper floor, where an open-to-sky cantilevered passage directs visitors to the home theatre cum family lounge. The 50-foot-long balcony on this floor offers a rejuvenating view of the sunset beyond the lush greens of the backyard.
