A house of around 400m2 over two floors, living accommodation on the entrance level and bedrooms above. The brief also included for a swimming pool complex to be constructed in the garden.

The house is clad in brickwork. It is a contemporary design with careful detailing and precise construction.

The front façade features double height glazing which provides south light to the entrance space and living accommodation beyond. Unwanted solar gains are shaded by the fact the glazing is set back in a deep reveal with an overhang.

The design of the house achieves an outstanding level of spatial variety and sequence.
