The apartment building houses 26 private residences within a 9-storey building, including a pair of duplex penthouses featuring rooftop pools and gardens.

Taking inspiration from the shapes formed by coastal erosion, the building form also refers to highly crafted objects such as the classic Mercedes Gullwing. The external façade has been developed to maximize views across the marina, whilst walls between apartments are articulated as fins, encasing the primary structure and providing privacy.

Full height glazing systems ensure that each level benefits from maximum light, while bronze coloured accent trims add a further level of detail and embellishment to the facade, accentuating the horizontality of the floor plates. A white stucco render provides a crisp clean finish in line with the neighbouring buildings on the marina.

Each residence has a large private terrace and spa, with frameless glass balustrades that afford panoramic vistas of the marina and ocean beyond.
