The project benefits of a privileged urban context with an exceptionally cleared view within the Philippidès Stadium. It is composed of two islets, which, thanks to their different corner, propose apartments with, for a big majority, a double sun exposition.

All get a terrace or a loggia and an exterior storage. The inventive and contemporaneous drawing of the buildings moves away from the code of social habitation and permits to value the residents.

The facade’s form, the balcony’s and the loggia’s, were thinking as a second skin, softens the corners defined by the urbane carving and hiding the separation between the apartments.

The balustrade drawing, cut by laser, animates the facades and allows a shadows and light game which varying over the hours and creates a sweet Mediterranean environment.
