“A well-designed space isn’t just seen- it’s felt” is what the architecture of the structure represents. The essence of the same is felt through the design of its dynamic facade. The facade is a play of volumes with various materials, evoking a sense of luxury. The striking cantilevers serve as balconies while floor-to-ceiling fenestrations allow natural light to flood into the space. Warm lighting further accentuates the facade adding a sense of drama to the design.

Upon entering inside, one is welcomed by a double-height living area, with sumptuous sofas and a unique center table. The sofas in organic form add a softness to the design breaking the edgy monotony. Complemented by mesmerising decor pieces in the setting, the design evokes a sense of opulence and bespokeness. Topped by a dramatic statement fixture, it infuses a chic charm into the design. Transitioning further, the family lounge’s design celebrates the idea of togetherness with various seating options draped in white hues. Accents of gold and red hues are incorporated through textiles and decor elements, imbuing opulence. Large windows create an airy atmosphere while bright lighting elevates the space to new levels of allure.
The design of the dining area is in a secluded space, adjacent to the outdoor spaces, offering a connection with nature. Sleek dining chairs and a large dining table complete the luxurious setting with a modern statement fixture. Dramatic decor elements and wall panellings are done with attention to detail. Moving further to the drawing room, pastel blue sofas take center stage in the minimalist setting. A sleek TV unit completes the space, creating it for intimate and leisurely conversations.
The upper floor lobbies are designed aesthetically with cosy nooks and sleek wall panellings. An artfully designed staircase creates a bold design statement with style. The floor consists of private abodes along with an entertainment room with other recreational activities, offering a heaven for the residents.
In essence, the residential design is the epitome of opulence. with modern elements and a minimalist luxurious style. With premium materials and statement fixtures, the design offers a feeling of respite and relaxation.
