Wooden doors combine with an elegant staircase that ascends to the living quarters above. Built around human experience, the residence expand spatial boundaries to structure light and environment around daily life.
The Design works to achieve thermal comfort through the use of design elements, such as sunshades, cavity walls, light shelves, overhangs, roof and wall insulation and even shading from trees.
Made to reorganize and contrast with their surroundings, the project showcase the tension between functional structures and organic contexts.
