This project started from scratch to new delivery with the BBQ counter and furniture for the pavilion and landscape, decking and lighting for the pool area, apart from the pool itself with waterfall and Jacuzzi.  The “L” shape pool embraces the pavilion and sliding glass doors can be open at same time. The area next to the steps to access the pool is the children area, then the Jacuzzi area and finally the adult’s pool in square shape. A glass platform and a wooden stair connect the existing villa to the pavilion over the pool. The decking area is for the sun bathing time and covers the machine room underneath it.

It is located in Jumeirah Golf Estate, a golf community in Dubai and the requirement from client is leisure area with pool and Landscape. Landscape should be part of the social/leisure area and not only a garden to look at which make it very challenging is to fit so many items within the plot !! Had to maximise the area to the limit within the legal boundaries. My Favourite area is BBQ counter bar where I manage to organize the space and give a charming look for it. It took approx 4 months to complete the job.

Border is limestone and decking is wpc (composite). Also the side panels on wall where spot lights are located are by same wpc. Inside the pavilion flooring is limestone with solid meranti wood. Underneath this wood frame we have LED stripe. We design the frameless clear glass doors that we can open them all at same time with maximum opening for free circulation.
