This residential project is a stunning masterpiece that transcends fleeting trends, embodying timeless elegance while remaining functional and intimate. A neutral color palette paired with neoclassical design elements creates a serene and sophisticated ambiance throughout the home.

Spanning 7,500 sq. ft. on the 16th floor, this modern apartment seamlessly blends timeless aesthetics with contemporary functionality. Designed for a family of four, the home reflects their preferences, developed through thoughtful dialogues. White serves as the primary base color, layered with bespoke furniture, furnishings, and accent tones that infuse the space with unique character.

The foyer sets the tone with its white and beige palette, anchored by a dramatic painting, a marble-topped circular table, and a striking wooden console featuring geometric fluted patterns. Vintage lighting and imposing artwork enhance the space. The living room exudes comfort and opulence, with linen sheers and beige curtains softening the natural light, gold and white chandeliers adding a luxurious touch, and elegant furniture maintaining a tranquil aesthetic. Custom-crafted sofas, regal chairs, and handcrafted coffee tables in wood and marble reinforce the cohesive design language.

Each bedroom tells its own story while adhering to the overarching white and beige theme, accented with personalized touches. The master bedroom is a statement of sophistication with gold accents, while the daughter’s room features soft pink and gold details alongside a textured bed back. The son’s room brings a youthful vibrancy with a unique blue-striped sofa, and the guest room incorporates minimalistic charm with old-world furniture details.

Throughout the home, carefully curated artifacts, abstract artwork, plush carpets, and finely grained teakwood furniture create a cohesive and luxurious atmosphere. The sentiment “You only live once,” inscribed on the daughter’s room wall, resonates throughout this thoughtfully designed residence.
