Drawing inspiration from the natural landscape and ancient structures, the three classic shapes of the circle, triangle, and square are carefully woven throughout the development. The circle is the heart of the public space with dynamic arches and facades, while the square represents the realm of the residences, elevating above the urban square below. Triangles symbolize the echo of nature, providing a unique design element to each roofline and creating stunning skylight effects in the interior spaces.

Ground-level coffee shops, commercial areas, and recreational spaces for children create a vibrant atmosphere that connects the lower and upper levels of the city, while art galleries and design offices provide a contemporary cultural expression to this center of attraction.
Experience the dream of a local spirit, where urban and natural dimensions meet to create a space in motion. With its roots firmly planted in the past and the most courageous dreams of the future, this urban development project is the perfect blend of innovation and tradition.
