Signature building, the soft and luxuriant vegetation flourishes in the heart of a setting of 7 levels. Organized around a game of volumes and balance, it offers its residents and users wide views of the Mercantour.

The facades are shifted, misaligned, offering sets of recesses and projections, accentuating shadows and light effects, day and night.

The light of the Mediterranean circulates everywhere, while dealing with thermal management and the rational management of water, cornerstones of environmental buildings.

Designed as a long-lasting and ambitious response to regional challenges, Le Lab also takes modularity and reversibility into account. The life cycle and the mix of uses are thought out over the long term. A mixed offer combining agile tertiary spaces with the integration of laboratories, innovation and research centers.
