The frontage along Ayala Avenue features terraced foliage on the podium and focuses on pedestrian transit, with direct access to the underground pedestrian passages. The design process involved multiple stakeholders in the community tackling issues of zoning, accessibility, and security. A Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) modelling process was used as a dynamic platform for co-creation among the stakeholders, the design team, and the international consultants. The model served as a key tool in resolving complex issues in the building’s architecture.
