Rewarding project on a constrained site in the center of the city, adjacent to a disused London Underground station. Completed in August 2018.

Environmental credentials: the development achieved CfSH Level 4 and BREEAM Very Good, and is 35% better than Building Regulations 2013 on regulated CO2 emissions.
