Spectrum Architecture delivers a residence that demonstrates how contemporary design can settle effortlessly into its landscape while responding to the rhythms of modern family life. The project creates a living environment that feels both grounded in its context and confidently forward-looking.
Project Name: Innovative House Design in Tskneti
Studio Name: Spectrum Architecture

Terrain and Façade
Set across two levels of sloping terrain, the house uses the natural topography as a guiding design element. Spectrum Architecture employs a refined palette of warm timber and locally sourced limestone, crafting a façade that speaks the language of innovative residential design while remaining deeply connected to the region. The materials bring a modern clarity to the structure without severing its relationship to place.

Terrace
A wide, open terrace extends the interior outward, framing expansive views and encouraging a lifestyle shaped by fresh air and uninterrupted horizons. Rather than serving as a secondary feature, the terrace becomes an essential living space—one that anchors the home’s indoor–outdoor character.

Aesthetics and Atmosphere
Inside, Spectrum Architecture blends warm hues with minimalist forms, creating spaces defined by calmness and spatial purity. Subtle traditional elements soften the contemporary expression, giving the interior an inviting, familiar tone. Large skylights usher sunlight throughout the home, strengthening the bond between interior life and the surrounding landscape.
The swimming pool sits as a fully integrated architectural element, not an add-on. It aligns with the main living zones and reinforces the home’s idea of everyday comfort, wellbeing, and visual continuity.

Through these considered gestures, Spectrum Architecture shapes a house that feels composed, welcoming, and perfectly tuned to the needs of today’s family.
