Is situated at 4‐17 Lola Flores Street, 28022 Madrid, Spain (when it was built 402 Aragon Avenue). It is 9 km. far from Barajas Airport and 19 km. from Madrid.

It was developed between 2005‐2008 years, promoted by Grupo AISA, from Barcelona, the construction company was: ARCASA HOMES SA, the architects: Miguel Angel Alvarez Perez and Felipe Fernandez Sanz, the Technical Architect during works: Guillermo Tejedor Mingo and the Engineering Consultant Company: GEASYT SA.

The total budget of the work was 40.000.000 € for the building and 2.000.000 € for the decoration and equipment.

It has several kinds of apartments from studios of 30 sqm. until two room apartments of 60 sqm. Totally decorated and equipped by the same team.

In the inside it has also an important courtyard which includes a paddle court and a covered swimming pool, which can be opened in summer.

The structure was made of reinforced concrete, the façade was constructed in prefabricated pieces of reinforced concrete in its natural colour, and the external carpentry was made of grey PVC with special isolated characteristics due to the airplane’s approximation to Barajas Airport.
