The client is a media investment company, which desires to have these two buildings renovated as a workspace that can flow from multiple tasks, on top of that to eliminate the conventional elements of the workspace. Large daily office areas, dedicated CEO & CFO office and conference room, media editing and playing rooms, and last commonly used business conference rooms are included in this workspace.

With years of work experience, CUN assume us a strategy-oriented team. Use the best strategy to find a balance in solving the problem and meeting the practicality of the room’s function. And as always -aesthetics as the core to construct the space.

We introduce this concept of a transportation hub of X-shape. This concept helps us make strong connection of all the spaces within these two buildings. Firstly, the function of this hub with a three-dimensional rail-like transportation system is provided in the spaces, and a vertical and horizontal entanglement is created in this X-shape hub of the first and second stories.

Secondly, a new function to buildings is also added in this unique shape of this bridge(hub), which gives people a way to move from building to building vertical and horizontal. Along with the distribution of the spaces, at the first floor there is an entrance for the daily use of the employees, and the openings at the back will be for the guests; other areas at the ground level will be used as the office and conference area. One of the areas on the second floor will be designated as the CEO & CFO’s office and their own conference room for  certain situations. The rest of the spaces will be used as the media editing rooms and game rooms. We separate the space into public and private areas with this kind of design.

Last but not least, to feel the whole space with the combination of logic and aesthetics, a grand introduction to our hub and sky bridge, making it a place that inspires people. On top of that, we will be dealing with details like all the corners, smoothing the sharp angles, and placing them wit natural curves, not just for the shape, but the pragmatics, and function.

The core of the office is for people. CUN captures the needs of our clients and provides the best solution for them. We are the innovators, the team that always finds ways to make come true of our clients’ wishes and always innovate instead of stay in comfy zone. We disregard the past, and we keep eyes on the present. We, CUN find these people who still hold courage and relentless hearts and help them one step closer to their dreams.
