Drawing inspiration from the rawness of construction materials, the office reveals an authentic celebration of textures—raw concrete embodies the essence of building materials, while profile sheets, reminiscent of local construction barricades, nod to their utilitarian origins.
Transparency is a central theme, allowing a seamless flow between spaces, even within the constraints of the building’s linear form. Openings carefully punctuate the exterior walls, inviting sunlight to flood the interiors—an intentional contrast to the artificially lit offices so common today. This not only enhances the workspace’s atmosphere but also significantly reduces electricity consumption, fostering productivity in a light-filled environment.
Smart space optimization permeates every corner of this design, ensuring that the luxurious aesthetic remains intact. Circulation is a key highlight, where spatial proximities and intentional interactions between various user groups flow effortlessly.
