At its core, the project is driven by a clear architectural concept that aligns spatial design

sale, becoming an immersive environment where architecture supports communication,
interaction, and experience, a defining approach within contemporary architecture in
Portugal.

Spatial Design, Materiality and Light

The spatial organisation is carefully structured to ensure clarity and fluidity. Circulation is
intuitive, allowing visitors to move naturally through the space while engaging with different areas in a coherent sequence. This continuity enhances usability and reinforces architectural quality, while the layout remains adaptable to evolving retail dynamics.

Materiality plays a central role in defining the project’s identity. The selection of materials
balances durability, texture, and visual coherence, ensuring a unified architectural
expression. Subtle contrasts introduce depth while maintaining clarity and refinement,
reinforcing a consistent design language.

Lighting is treated as a key architectural element. Natural and artificial light are integrated to enhance spatial perception and highlight material qualities, creating a comfortable and engaging environment that supports both functional and experiential needs.
