Conceived as more than a traditional sales lounge, the space is imagined as a canvas where design, craftsmanship and storytelling converge. Guided by a clear artistic vision and a spirit of material innovation, the lounge stands as a testament to refined design, expressed through thoughtful architectural details and custom sculptural furniture.
Beyond showcasing the developer’s projects, the lounge also reflects their personal aesthetic sensibilities through the curated display of their art collection. Neutral walls and restrained detailing create a clean backdrop that highlights the artworks and enhances spatial clarity.

A key highlight of the experience lounge is the bespoke resin-block coffee bar, set against a vibrant artwork. Composed of 42 crystal-clear resin blocks encapsulating preserved chrysanthemum flowers, the eight-foot bar becomes a sculptural centerpiece, where art, nature and meticulous craftsmanship come into play.

The adjoining sales rooms feature oval tables with sculptural ribbed bases paired with vintage-inspired rattan chairs, lending the spaces an artisanal yet elevated charm.

In the conference cabin, which connects seamlessly to the Managing Director’s office, the focal point is Megalith, a commanding monolithic table defined by its minimal entropy and purity of form. Crafted with only two contrasting textures, the marble-topped table rests on three clusters of sculptural legs. Concealed socket points preserve the table’s clean aesthetic while ensuring full functionality.

The MD’s cabin, minimal yet impactful, sits adjacent to the conference room and is divided by a sleek glass partition, maintaining openness while providing privacy.

Collectively, the sales lounge offers an immersive and memorable experience that serves its functional purpose, while also embodying the studio’s distinctive design philosophy.
