This 120 m² apartment is located in a residential complex near the Moscow lake, just a minute’s stroll from the shore. Acquiring property in this area is a challenging task, so the clients purchased the apartment as soon as it was put up for sale.
“The original layout presented numerous design challenges, including awkward angles, divided living spaces, and unsightly ventilation units,” shares Alisa. Thus, a unanimous decision was made to undertake a comprehensive redesign.

Embracing the enfilade principle, the new layout ensures seamless transitions between rooms. The spacious hallway leads to a living room boasting panoramic views, embodying Alisa’s commitment to impactful design compositions.

Addressing functional concerns, the kitchen’s ventilation and sewage units were discreetly integrated into the design, with walnut veneer panels harmonizing with the cabinetry for a cohesive aesthetic.
The private quarters feature a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, complemented by built-in wardrobes and a separate laundry area. A versatile guest room stands ready for future adaptations.

A serene palette of warm whites dominates the space, accentuated by dark walnut veneers for visual contrast. Uniform finishes throughout the apartment enhance its sense of spaciousness and light.
“Working on this project was very enjoyable. The clients quickly agreed on all stages, and in the end, everything was exactly as we envisioned, down to the smallest detail,” concludes the Alisa Shabelnikova.
