The project includes a 600 sqm family clubhouse composed of a resident lounge area, multi-function rooms, game room, community office, and an outdoor swimming pool and children’s play areas, located at the center of this community.
Given that the project site is flood prone, the entire development was back-filled up to 2-meters to increase the property elevation, and the utilities and storm drainage systems of the surrounding communities were re-engineered to create a flood-free zone.
The Ametta Place is one of the few townhouse developments where natural light and cross-ventilation is promoted and maximized, and together with ample ceiling heights, have received positive feedback from the residents with regards to how airy and well-lit their units are.
