“We know very well the warmth and freshness of the tropical environment, we are locals so we implanted the project as a space of pleasure surrounded by nature.”

Implanted into a first line water plot in a region where temperatures reach 45° C, we wanted to highlight the warm breeze of the Paraná River and the exotic vegetation that gives us invaluable shadows, as well as the varied fauna that gives us beautiful birds resting in our circular aviaries designed for them.

The morphology is conceived as a 2-level volume oriented east-west, with a mobile skin composed of permeable wooden rods. These panels can be folded according to the consumer’s taste, generating different perceptions depending on their position, in addition to sheltering from the strong sun and winds, allowing us to recreate a dynamic facade concept.
Everyday spaces on the ground floor, private spaces and zen viewpoints upstairs.
The local stone and white stucco coatings in the interior leave a neutral and warm palette in composition to the predominant green.

the exterior spaces are proposed as a contemplative element, with geometric details pointing to the river. The double infinity pool is complemented as a sculpture in itself.
The neutral palette is continued in the interior, a cozzy and warm style with custom furnishings.

The project was conceived as an oasis, an escape from the urban tempo for relaxation and the luxury of living in nature.
