The Peña Family Residence Project is a spacious and cozy country-style home that combines rustic details in low-maintenance and highly durable materials, such as stone cladding. Woods in warm tones are used that allow it to blend harmoniously with the environment in which it is located, it has excellent lighting and ventilation.

The project is located on a flat and large lo land, the distribution of this house is resolved with large and comfortable internal and external spaces on a single floor, adapting to the needs of the family.

The Distribution:

The distribution begins with its main access on the front façade, located in the eastern area, taking advantage of the morning lighting, and continues to the large terrace and barbecue area in the west, enjoying the lighting in the afternoon. On the north façade is the most private area of the house where the rooms are located. The parking lot and the service area are located on the south façade.

Social area: The interior social area consists in the first instance of the hall, then a large open concept living / dining room with two large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that illuminate and ventilate the space and give access to the outdoor social area, additional a large skylight is integrated that bathes the central area of the house with natural light; In the outdoor area there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue area and outdoor dining area.

Service area: The service area has the kitchen and pantry area, with a large central island and integrated breakfast bar, closed laundry and covered parking for two vehicles and a full guest bathroom.
