On the opposite hand, since many habitants of this town have held relations with some military organizations within the past and present, maybe they will not tolerate some. Therefore, this town might be a suitable place for most of the people who want a house away from the hustle and bustle of the Esfahan city.

This home is owned by a religious family. A family with all the features of religious families of Iran. As a result, from the very first sketches of the project, concepts of privacy and introversion were obsessively emphasized by the client. The impossibility of view from outside to inside and during a word, not being in view , was one among the most vital factors which emphasized by the client repeatedly. Such challenges were our most vital considerations from the very first day of building design to the day of its delivery. We were handling users who had a strong interest in enclosing spaces and views as much as possible.

So, We were trying to find a space that, on the one hand, couldn’t being viewed from the outside, and on the opposite hand, has enough light. Therefore, the thought of A House In The Pursuit Of Light was born. We believed in visualizing the house as a thick shell that’s stretched around a series of uses, and in fact , in some places, thanks to necessity, make a controlled window in search of sunshine inside it. In fact, by putting the central courtyard within the northern half of the project, alongside with ground floor terrace, we could provide acceptable light for spaces while maintaining privacy and responding to family concerns.

Now the youngest daughter within the family could talk with her father in the Parent’s bedroom, together with her mother in the kitchen and with her sister in the central courtyard simultaneously, without fear if someone outside the house could see them, Or not! Since the spaces are generally facing inward, we tried to form a pleasant view for the spaces by using natural materials (such as textured execution of plaque bricks and rustic bricks and ). the identical strategy was used in the design of the entrance from the alley to the courtyard. In fact, we tried to shut the direct view into the house by putting the L-shaped storage room and W.C within the yard. After passing through this turn, you’ll passes over a small water pond and some trees and finally step into the yard.
