Originally thought of as the corporate headquarters of a company (a Family Office), with a call centre on the top floor, finally the landlord has chosen to rehabilitate the modernist period apartments and to equip them with the latest technology.
The promotion is complemented by an “infinity pool” on the covered floor and a solarium made by deck wood … and spa and Jacuzzi, gym, cellar and storage rooms in the basement, for the exclusive use of residents.
The project involves reinforcing the whole structure, construct parallel partitions walls to pass installations, redoing frames and mouldings, renovate the Nolla pavements of the epoch, rescuing the “sgraffito” decoration of the walls and all the leaded stained-glass galleries and staircase…
Everything to make it appear that nothing has been done (always Il Gattopardo), having remade everything. The work combines the 1900 atmosphere with modern comforts and amenities. As a good art director, most of the time, it is about our work going unnoticed.
