The core objective of the project was to conceive an organic, multifaceted complex deeply intertwined with its surroundings. Meticulously designed, the architecture encapsulates the essence of the local context, embracing proportion and geometric forms that seamlessly integrate with the terrain. A symphony of organic shapes, materials, and color palettes gracefully melds with the environment, creating a harmonious union.
Context
Nestled in the heart of Green Cape, one of Georgia’s most enchanting seaside retreats, the project enjoys proximity to the renowned Batumi Botanical Garden and the mesmerizing sea. Elevated on the terrace, residents are treated to awe-inspiring panoramic vistas of both the sea and the botanical haven. The unique climatic conditions further influence landscape planning, with diverse species curated for patio terraces and rooftop gardens.
Functions
Beyond its captivating architecture lies a purposeful design. The building’s orientation, functional distribution, and layout are meticulously crafted to cater to the needs and interests of residents. Three independent wings seamlessly unite atop a podium, hosting a garden that serves various functions. The rooftop features a restaurant, a bar, and a swimming pool, creating a vibrant and versatile living space.
Interior Design
Embodying an organic concept, the interior design revolves around a soothing palette of warm pastel colours seamlessly blended with a nautical theme.
